VIP/CIP Lounge is open to official delegations, corporate customers and any passengers who have booked VIP/CIP services.
Airport offers to its passengers the services of VIP/CIP Lounge for international passengers. VIP/CIP-passengers Lounge is located separately and isolated from the other premises of the airport complex, where you can have a rest on the comfortable sofas. Here VIP/CIP-passengers can go through check-in for international flights, customs and passport control.
After arrival the employee of the airport will meet you on the special, separate transport. Lounge for VIP/CIP-passengers renders the following services::
- Round-the-clock acceptance of preliminary requests for passenger handling
- Air tickets and baggage check-in
- Reception and boarding of the passengers
- Reception and boarding by separate transport
- Delivery of baggage
- Lounge bar service
The bar services are paid additionally. Cost of the service is:
- Passenger handling in VIP zone departing adult excluding services of Lounge Bar 42 000 tenge (with VAT);
- Passenger handling in VIP zone departing children from 2 to 14 years excluding services of Lounge Bar 21 000 tenge (with VAT);
- Passenger handling in VIP zone arriving adult 42 000 tenge
- Passenger handling in VIP zone arriving children from 2 to 14 years 21 000 tenge (with VAT, 50% from main tariff)
- Using Lounge Bar option and services for adult passengers (handling in VIP zone) 16 936 tenge (with VAT);
- Using Lounge Bar option and services for children from 2 to 14 years (handling in VIP zone) 8 468 tenge (with VAT, 50% from main tariff);
- Servicing VIP passengers according to the list (arrival and departure) 6 000 tenge (with VAT);

At Terminal 1 of Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport on the 2nd floor in a sterile zone there is a spacious business hall for servicing passengers of priority classes of airlines (or cardholders of airlines) on international destinations. The business hall has a total area of 854 sq.m. with amenities and the atmosphere of Kazakh hospitality is available 24 hours a day.
Service in the business hall is carried out on the basis of an invitation letter issued by representatives of airlines at the business class check-in counter.
Entrance to the business hall is carried out through the common room after passing the border control and security control of the inspection service of Terminal 1 in front of the A1-A2 landing.
The following services are available in the business hall:
- a secluded comfortable waiting room;
- high-speed Wi-Fi;
- periodicals and journals in the state, Russian and English languages;
- cable TV;
- hot meals, soft drinks, tea bar, coffee, snacks;
- shower room;
- rooms for negotiations.
